William Howard Harris, age 90 years, passed Friday, Jan. 20, 2017. He was born May 24, 1926 in Spokane, WA to James Clinton & Florence(Steffer) Harris. He married Martha J. Chambers who survives. He was a university professor in Oregon. He served honorably in the US Navy during WWII. They have three daughters; Katherine Hunter, Leslie Fagan and Elizabeth Carey. He will be laid to rest in Eagle Point National Cemetery, Eagle Point, Oregon.
