Richard Daniel Rogers, 86, of Eagle Point, died Sunday, January 13, 2008, at 8:20 p.m. at Three Fountains.
There will be a private family service.
Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association and Research.
Richard was born on June 14, 1921, in Buffalo, N.Y., to parents, Peter and Louise Rogers. They moved to Medford in 1962, from New York. He was married to Naomi Garrow, on February 27, 1965, in Yreka, Calif. She preceded him in death on July 28, 1998.
He is survived by his daughter, Elizabeth Chapman and husband, Daniel Chapman; grandchildren, Michael Carlson (Brenda), Abraham Chapman, Katharine Soldan (Nic), Sarah Chapman, Adam Chapman, Matthew Estes, and Stephnie Blunkall; and great-grandchildren, Tabitha Carlson, Dezara Carlson, Damon Carlson, Anthony Chapman, and Dakota Blunkall.
Hillcrest Park and Mortuary are in care of the arrangements.
