Jean Margaret Donahue, 68, of Phoenix, Oregon passed Sunday, April 18, 2010 at Rogue Valley Medical Center in Medford, Oregon. She is survived by her daughter Jade Watt(Kevin)of Talent, OR. and her son Kevin Chavis of Lakewood, CA.
