Grant Wayne Dickey was born in Medford Oregon on July 8th, 1941 to Alice and Arley Dickey.
He passed away in Bend, Oregon on July 8th 2019. He had resided in Christmas Valley, Oregon for the last number of years
He was happy to be out in the desert enjoying the peace and quiet. He was very dedicated to his dogs and got so much enjoyment having them with him. He was fortunate to have friends like Brian and Janet to look after him and help him in any way that they could.
Grant lived in Kerby, Oregon for many years where he attended grade school. He graduated from Illinois Valley High School (IVHS) in 1959.
He aslo joined the Navy in 1959, where he served 4 years.
Grant was a logger by trade. Worked in many places throughout Oregon, California and Alaska.
Grant was pre-deceased by both his parents, Alice and Arely Dickey.
He is immediately survived by his son, Michael and his sister Linda.
