Frank Edward Carter

Frank Edward Carter, age 93, of Christmas Valley, OR passed Wednesday, June 6, 2018 in Redmond, OR. He was born Feb. 13, 1925 in Spokane, WA. to parents Tryal Carter and Frances DuPonte. He married Betty Lou Shearer who preceded him.  He worked locally in the timber/sawmill industry. He and Betty retired to Christmas Valley for many, many years. He will be laid to rest in Hillcrest Memorial Park, Medford, OR.
