Doris LaVerne Hays, 90, of Eagle Point, Oregon passed away October 22, 2019 in Quincy, California. She was born July 5, 1929 in Mountain Pine, Arkansas to Orange Thomas Busby and Eliza Jane Busby. In 1948 she married Ray Hays in Reno, Nevada. Her hobbies included dancing, travel, gardening, cooking, church, and singing.
Doris is survived by her son, Raymond (Sandra) Hays of Boulder, Monana; her daughters, Vickie (Leroy) Withrow of Eagle Point, Oregon, and Debbie (Rick) Taddei of Greenville, California; sisters, Lois David, Ella Stark, and Kay Pippin; brothers, Guy, John, George, Thomas, and Garland Busby; 7 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, Orange ThomasBusby; mother, Eliza Jane Robertson Busby; husband, Ray Hays; Stacey Withrow; Victor Hays; and 6 siblings.
