David E Erickson

David E. Erickson passed away on April 29, 2021 at the age of 70 years. Dave was born September 12, 1950 in Portland and was a long time resident of North Portland until his retirement and move to Medford in 2017.

Dave attended Beach Grade School and Jefferson High School and served 6 years in the US Army Reserves while attending PSU and working for US Bank. Dave had a long career as a credit professional working for many years at US Bank, later at Allports Forwarding and finally at Northwest Natural until his retirement. He was a member of Alpha Kappa Psi business fraternity and also NACM, serving as chairman of the board in 2005.

Dave loved roses and was an avid exhibitor and ARS rose judge. He was a member of the Portland Rose Society serving as president in 1991 and most recently a member of the Rogue Valley Rose Society.

He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Linda, sons Peter and Tommy, brother Lee, sister Sonja Fromme and many family and friends.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 11 am, on Friday, July 9th at Holy Cross Catholic Church , 5227 N. Bowdoin St., Portland.
