Clair Burnell Coggins, age 75 years, passed unexpectedly Monday, Sept. 5, 2016. He was born Aug. 17, 1941 in Hood River, OR. to Merle Paul Coggins and Maxine Lowe. He married Donna Lucille(Smith) Coggins who survives. He and Donna owned & operated Pro Service Center Inc. auto repair. Survivors in addition to Donna include their daughter Candi Crist of Central Point, OR., son Curt Coggins of Central Point and two grand daughters McKenna and Cassidy. Services will be announced soon.
