Arlene June Fletcher

Arlene June Fletcher, 77, of Central Point, Oregon, passed away Monday, July 4, 2011, at her home. She was born June 14, 1934, in Los Angeles, California., to Leo Kenneth Herman and Esther Minnie Denkert. She married George Fletcher on Januuy 28, 1956. They moved from Southern California to Central Point Point in 2000.
Arlene was a wife and homemaker. She enjoyed knitting and sewing. She was a Pink Lady with the Rogue Valley Medical Center Auxillary. The most important thing in her life was her family. She is survived by her husband, George; daughters, Cheryl (Steve) Dunham, of Central Point, Oregon., and Judy (Russ) Kilim, of Bellingham, Washington.; brother,Larry (Ulla) Herman, of LaPalma, California.; and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Andrew Dunham. A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 9, 2011, 2:00 p.m., at St. Peter Lutheran Church in Medford, Rev. William Lehmann officiating.
